File a Return

Not quite right? No problem. Here's how to return or exchange an item.

Before you start, check the item is eligible:

• Returned within 14 days of receiving it
• Unworn and unused, with all tags attached
• In its original condition and packaging

To start your return:

1. Email support@leathermakers.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return (or the size you'd like to exchange for).
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
4. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
